The WMBA fiscal year starts September 1. Dues include logo and link on WMBA website and listing in the WMBA Roster.

  • Applicant Information

    After your application is submitted it will be given to the WMBA Board for approval. After you are notified of approval you can proceed to paying your dues.
  • Included in your dues is $448, which is attributable to lobbying expenses and, as such, is not deductible. The WMBA is a 501 c 6, and your dues are not deductible as a charitable contribution.

Applicant hereby applies for membership in the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association and affirms that the application is in accord with and conducts its business in conformity with the purpose of the WMBA Canons of Ethics and Standards of Practice
