Ann Campbell
Ann is the first Managing Director for the newly formed Homeownership Unit at the Department of Commerce. She has more than 27 years’ experience working in various financial arenas, including residential mortgage lending, infrastructure funding, and multi-family tax credit financing. She has worked with a broad array of tribal nations, local governments, nonprofit organizations, and community groups who make Washington state the best place to work and play. Her efforts have assisted communities throughout the state to establish a strong foundation for healthy families and economies by ensuring clean drinking water, appropriate waste handling, and affordable housing. Ann is a native Washingtonian who dearly loves all aspects of our state: from the dense cities to the high deserts, to the Sasquatch haunted forests. Ann lives in Union with her husband and three dogs.

Erika Malone is currently the Strategic Advisor for Homeownership at the City of Seattle’s Office of Housing. She has been with the Office of Housing for 7 years where she funds the development of permanently affordable homeownership opportunities and low-income homeowner stabilization programs, and crafts policy to create and preserve equitable housing options. Her 20+ year career prior to coming to the City was in the non-profit sector also working on increasing the supply of affordable for-sale homes with lasting affordability. She’s worked at the community level in Bellingham, WA, at the regional level across the Northwest and as the National Community Land Trust Network’s Director of Technical Assistance had the privilege of working in Atlanta, New Orleans and other communities throughout the county.


Ryan Donohue In his role as the Chief Advocacy Officer for Habitat for Humanity Seattle – King & Kittitas Counties, Ryan Donohue is a tireless fighter for affordable housing and homeownership opportunities. As Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties’ chief lobbyist, he is regularly fighting for funding for affordable homeownership, working to fix our zoning policies, breaking down policy and regulatory barriers to producing more affordable homeownership, and eliminating the racial wealth gap and the racial homeownership gap – particularly for Black families across Washington State. Jasmyn Jefferson
Jasmyn is one of the recent owners of the Windermere Real Estate network after working full-time as a broker since 2003. She along with her business partners recently opened Windermere Abode Lakewood, a boutique brokerage with a hard emphasis on exceptional service to the community, and the brokers that are licensed to the firm. As the designated broker owner/operator, Jasmyn is also emersed in policy and advocacy around fair housing and increasing generational wealth through homeownership for Black families. Recently she has represented Washington Realtors on the WA Dept. Of Commers Housing Disparities Work Group, is a member of the core group for the King/Pierce County Black Homeownership Initiative Policy Cohort, serves on the Legislative Steering Committee for WA Realtors, is a Federal Political Coordinator for Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland, and was just sworn in as President-Elect of the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors. Robert Lipston
Executive Vice President, Loan Production Serving as Executive Vice President of Loan Production, Robert Lipston brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He has been in the mortgage industry since 1987, in various executive leadership positions over the last 35+ years. Prior to Evergreen, he spent eight years establishing and growing Flagstar Bank as the First Vice President – Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest. Robert has a diverse set of skills and experience in sales, leadership, strategic business planning, operations management, secondary marketing, underwriting, retail mortgage banking, and wholesale and correspondent lending. His diverse background gives him a unique view of the industry that he is able to leverage daily. Robert is currently President of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association (PSMLA) and recently served two terms as President of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA) where he has actively been involved on the board for over 10 years. He has received numerous awards for his dedication to supporting his team and involvement in the mortgage community, most recently being named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine and receiving the Mortgage Professionals Humanitarian and Leadership award. Robert resides in Bonney Lake, Washington. When he is not giving his all to his career and team, he spends time with his three children and always finds time for boating, classic cars, and adventure.
