Jay Crowell  Senior Vice President | Regional Sales Manager – Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc.

With a career spanning more than 18 years, Jay Crowell has experienced firsthand the many challenges and changes of the mortgage industry. Throughout it all, he has stayed true to his core convictions of integrity, selfless service, loyalty, collaboration, and life-long learning. Jay has acted in a leadership capacity since 2006 and is currently the Pacific Northwest Senior Vice President for Cornerstone Home Lending.

With more than $2 billion in personal production, Jay is a longtime member of Cornerstone Home Lending’s elite Chairman’s Club. He has managed more than $16 billion in total volume over the years. Along with his amazing team, he has also been honored nationally and locally. Recognized as an industry leader and dynamic public speaker, Jay has presented and keynoted at numerous conferences and corporate events.

Jay believes, however, that the real value of what he does is based on much more than numbers and accolades. “My team and I share a passion to serve our clients and our community,” Jay says. “Home lending is our platform to positively transform lives and fulfill long-term goals through responsible, sustainable homeownership.”

An honors graduate from Seattle Pacific University, Jay holds a business administration degree with a concentration in finance. He has lived in the Seattle area since 2000 and enjoys its rich culinary, arts, and culture scene. An avid sports fan, he coaches and watches a lot of basketball. Traveling, hiking the Pacific Northwest, and paddle boarding round out his other activities outside of work. Married with two children, Jay’s absolute favorite pastime is family time.

 

 

Jordan Flowers Vice President | Branch Manager – Guild Mortgage

Born and raised on the Eastside, Jordan graduated from Washington State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jordan has built a career in the mortgage business, and has been a part of the industry for over a decade. His extensive experience in managing lending partnerships with builders and realtors has brought Jordan an innate understanding of the market.

Jordan currently serves on the board of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association, which brings unique foresight for the future in the mortgage industry. This knowledge, paired with his commitment and dedication to his client’s success, has grown everlasting relationships with hundreds of families seeking homeownership. Making the dream of owning a home a reality for his clients is his greatest reward.

 

Allie Lord Vice President | Branch Manager – Caliber Home Loans

“At the end of the day, it’s not about what you have or even what you’ve accomplished… It’s about who you’ve lifted up, who you’ve made better. It’s about what you’ve given back.” This quote is what defines Allie Lord in all that she does if in her home or work life.

Allie is the branch manager of the Kirkland caliber office which is the highest producing branch in the country. In 2020 her branch served over 6350 families for over 2.8 billion dollars in volume.

Starting in the industry in 1999, Allie has wore many hats starting as the receptionist and working her way to becoming in the top 1% of  loan officers in the country. She has been able to help tens of thousands of families create the dream of homeownership. Her passion and love for the business has allowed her to triple the size and volume of the Kirkland branch over the last 3 years.

Outside of the office You can find Allie chasing her three kiddos ages 2 – 8 around their pear orchard, on long walks around Kirkland with her Husband (and loan partner) Chris and those that know her know she is always ready to tell you about the latest podcast or book she is reading!

Sharon Knowles AMP & Account Manager | Arch MI

Sharon Knowles is an Account Manager for Arch MI and covers Washington, Alaska and Montana.  She is celebrating her 35th anniversary with the company this year.  Sharon is passionate about the mortgage industry and consistently donates her time to serve.  She received three awards from the Mortgage Bankers Association of American when she was editor of the WMBA’s Lending Line quarterly news publication in 1993, 1995 and 1997.  She received the President’s Trophy in 2007 as the top sales person in the country for her company.  In 2012, she was President of Washington Mortgage Bankers Association and is currently Director Emeritus.  Sharon received the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals Outstanding Account Executive award in 2016.

Sharon graduated from Western Washington University where she met her husband.  They are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary this year.  Their children are 22 and 20 and currently attending college.
