Scott Miller
Senior Business Development Officer, Stewart Title Commercial Accounts

Scott has been in real estate for over 20 years throughout the United States, with expertise in residential lending and commercial title services. Scott owned and operated a residential mortgage company in Bellevue covering 26 states until 2006. In 2006 he took a position with Lawyers Title which was bought by Fidelity National Title in 2008 as the VP of commercial sales. In 2015 he joined Stewart Title Commercial Services. Since coming onboard, he has been a significant contributor and networked a strategic alignment with the leading communities for commercial real estate and other service providers. Scott is currently the President of FIABCI “the international real estate federation” in the Pacific Northwest.

Maria Royer

Principal, Real Retail

Maria has over 20 years of diverse commercial real estate experience in disciplines ranging from development, sales and leasing to asset management and finance. Maria and the Real Retail team exclusively represent over three-quarters of a million square feet of urban mixed-use centers and new community and lifestyle centers in the greater Seattle area, including notable projects such as the new Amazon World Headquarters in downtown Seattle, The Meridian, 7th & Pine, Second + Pine, the Old Yukon Building, The Coliseum Building, Queen Anne Towne, Green Lake Village and Ballard Blocks. Maria’s past experience also includes the successful lease-up of ground-up developments, including Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah, Kent Station in Kent and Bella Bottega in Redmond, where she played a leadership role in predevelopment, premarketing and the transaction phase of the development cycle. Maria’s present and past experience also includes facilitating several specialty retailers and restaurants in their expansion strategies in the Pacific Northwest, including Trader Joe’s, Orchard Supply Hardware, Paper Source, The Container Store, Mitchell Gold, Equinox Health Clubs, AMC Theatres and Sephora.

Using the knowledge and expertise she’s acquired while working on a wide range of retail and mixed-use projects of all sizes throughout the region, Maria provides her clients with valuable information and insights about the unique retail environment here. She approaches each assignment as a partnership to ensure long-term project and tenant success. While working at Wright Runstad & Company, one of downtown Seattle’s largest property owners and one of the region’s premiere institutional development companies, Maria’s various positions included property management and operations as well as the retail leasing of Wright Runstad’s downtown retail properties. Prior to joining Wright Runstad & Company in 1993, Maria was a Sales and Marketing Associate with Colliers – The Seeley Company in Los Angeles for eight years, specializing in commercial property leasing and sales. As a consistent producer for Colliers’ South Bay office, Maria’s clients included The Koll Company, John Hancock Realty and Copley Realty Advisors.

While earning a degree in business administration with a dual emphasis in finance and marketing at the University of Southern California, Maria held a variety of internship positions, including an advertising and marketing internship at New World Pictures in Los Angeles and an industrial brokerage internship at Grubb & Ellis Brokerage firm in Torrance, and she also worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Ann Taylor in Century City, where she was a top producer selling to entertainment industry wardrobers.

Maria is on the Board of Directors for Plymouth Housing Group, where she served as Co-Chair for three years for Seattle Dances, a high-profile event where local celebrities and professional dancers perform in support of Plymouth Housing Group. She is on the President’s Round Table of the Downtown Seattle Association (DSA) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Maria grew up in Seattle where she attended Forest Ridge Girls School and Seattle Preparatory School.


Greg Inglin
Executive Vice President, Colliers International

Greg has been a commercial broker for 14 years, and is part of a five-person team focused on Institutional Landlord representation in Seattle. Greg’s clients include J.P. Morgan, Prudential, Principal Financial, and Stockbridge to name a few, and local owners such as Talon and Touchstone. Greg’s team has completed leases with some of the biggest tech tenants in Seattle, including over 2.5 million square feet with Amazon in multiple transactions, as well as HBO Code Labs, Redfin, Tableau, Airbnb, DocuSign, and WeWork.

As one of the most active office brokers in the Seattle market, Greg represents both landlords and tenants as well as being active in the investment market. He has most recently been named a 2010 CoStar Power Broker, completing more than 400,000 SF of office lease negotiations in Seattle last year. Greg originally started his career with Colliers in 2005.

 

 


Wilma Warshak
Managing Partner/Founder, Washington Real Estate Advisors

Wilma Warshak has been a widely recognized leader in virtually all aspects of the industrial real estate advisory and brokerage business for more than twenty five years. During that time she has represented major corporate users and many of the nation’s largest institutional and private investors, including Prologis, TA Associates, James Campbell, CRG, Deutsche Bank, Cornerstone Advisors, CRG(Clayco) Prudential, Blackrock, IIT, Teutsch Partners, Port of Tacoma, GLP, Terreno, and Panattoni. Most recently, Ms. Warshak represented CRG in the $60,000,000 purchase of the former Intel Campus in DuPont, WA.

Wilma has three times earned the Industrial Broker of the Year Award for Washington State SIOR and has been a finalist multiple times. The national industry research firm Costar has repeatedly named her Power Broker as recently as 2016. Wilma mentors others in the industry as an instructor in the University of Washington’s Real Estate Program. She has served as President of Washington State SIOR and founded and headed the local chapter for CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Professionals).

Dylan Simon
Executive Vice President, Colliers International

Dylan Simon is an Executive Vice President with Colliers International in Seattle, Washington. His expertise is in the sale of apartment buildings and development land in the Puget Sound region. Dylan represents a wide variety of apartment investors, developers and land owners – including national apartment REITs, syndicators, high net-worth individuals and family offices – and specializes in transactions from $1M to more than $100M.

Dylan holds a Juris Doctorate from the UCLA School of law, and is licensed as an attorney and a commercial real estate broker in both Washington and California. Dylan has a degree in Mechanical Engineering, having started his professional career in industrial construction and design.

Dylan was recently named 2016 Co-Star Power Broker, 2016 Top 5 Colliers Broker in Pacific Northwest and Colliers International Rising Star in 2014. Dylan is one of the most active multifamily brokers in the Puget Sound region, and the research and thought leadership produced by the Seattle Multifamily Team Dylan founded is followed throughout the commercial real estate industry.
