Jeannine Sprague embarked on her career in the pharmaceutical industry, where she cultivated her skills in building professional relationships and strategic thinking. Fort the past 15 years she has transitioned her career path into the mortgage insurance sector, serving as an Account Manager covering Washington State. In her role, Jeannine consistently seeks to establish strategic partnerships with lenders, ensuring that they have the support and coverage essential for their success. Beyond her professional commitments, Jeannine actively contributes to her community by serving on the Executive Board of Directors for the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association. Within this capacity, Jeannine actively furthers the associations mission, which revolves around educating, connecting, and inspiring members, clients, and partners. She champions community engagement, advocacy, and a positive impacts. She also teaches Sunday School for 3rd and 4th graders, which fills her cup on the weekends. Jeannine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from Washington State University, providing her with a solid foundation for her professional career and community engagement. Notably, she earned her Certified Mortgage Banker accreditation in August, further enhancing her expertise and contributions to the mortgage industry. With a 35 year career in mortgage banking, Ken began his career at Action Mortgage Sterling Savings, later moving to Peoples Bank of Lynden managing the mortgage banking operation. A graduate of Eastern Washington University, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a degree in Social Science and earned certificates from the Pacific Coast Banking School, and the School of Mortgage Banking. He is also a Certified Mortgage Banker, the highest designation recognized by the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mr. Larsen served as the 90th President of the Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association as well as a past Chairman of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association. He recently completed serving two terms as an appointee by the Governor of Washington State as a commissioner on the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.  Away from the office, Ken splits his time between boating, travel, and cheering on his grown kids from near and far.  A Camas resident, he and his wife, Tammy, are passionate about making memories around family, community, and the mortgage industry, where they’ve built both a career and a shared purpose.

Tony Blodgett has over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is currently the Regional Vice President for New American Funding.  He started as a loan officer at the age of 19 and quickly achieved status as one of the top producers in the area. In 2010 he was promoted to President and COO of Mortgage Advisory Group, his time in executive leadership has given him the knowledge and experience necessary to help build out the Washington region for New American Funding. Tony is excited to work at a company where he can utilize his extensive skills in leadership and sales to better the culture, revenue and growth of the company. In his free time Tony enjoys spending time with his family, riding dirt bikes and camping. He currently resides with his wife, two daughters and baby boy in Arlington, WA

Ken MacDonald is a senior mortgage capital markets executive with deep expertise in pricing strategy, secondary marketing, and revenue optimization across the mortgage industry. As Vice President of Margin Management at CMG Financial, he leads pricing execution and margin strategy across all products and markets, partnering closely with executive leadership to align corporate objectives with production performance and evolving market dynamics.

Prior to joining CMG Financial, Ken held senior leadership roles at Academy Mortgage (now part of Guild Mortgage), Evergreen Home Loans, HomeStreet Bank, and Seattle Bank. His career spans capital markets analytics, lock desk management, investor relations, product development, risk management, post-closing, shipping, and loan sales and securitization.

Beyond his corporate role, Ken is actively involved in industry leadership and advocacy. As Secretary and Chair of the Education Committee for the WMBA, he champions initiatives that promote mortgage banking education, professional development, and home affordability throughout Washington and the Pacific Northwest. Ken holds both the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designations from the Mortgage Bankers Association’s School of Mortgage Banking and earned degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington. He lives in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and two young children (and a family dog soon to come).

Rose Marie David is the SVP, Retail Sales Executive at CMG Home Loans.

Rose Marie David has been in the mortgage industry over three decades. Over the span of her career, she has held many roles from underwriter to $100M originator, from Broker/Owner to Executive Director. She loves all aspects of the mortgage business. Though leading and growing sales is her first love and her heart to make a difference in the lives of her employees and their customer inspires her most.  

In her current role as Retail Sale Executive for CMG in the Pacific West, she has helped to secure CMG’s ranking as the Scotsman Guide’s #12 Top Overall Lender. Rose Marie’s executive leadership contributed to a 17.5% increase in annual origination volume from September 2022 to 2023. This year-over-year growth was achieved at a time when many lenders were seeing a decrease in overall loan volume. Rose Marie has a love for mortgage.

As a regional director at Movement Mortgage, I bring over two decades of comprehensive experience in home financing, strategic leadership, and team development. My career journey has equipped me with a deep understanding of the mortgage landscape and a passion for helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams.

Throughout my career, I have held key leadership roles at financial institutions, where I have successfully managed regional operations, driven sales growth, and built high-performing teams. I am committed to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment where innovation and excellence are at the forefront. Outside of work, I am a proud graduate of the University of Washington and enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two amazing sons. We love being on the water, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Over the past 33 years, I’ve held just about every position in the mortgage industry that I’ve had an opportunity to take on, all with the intention of putting myself in a position to keep learning and growing as a mortgage professional. More importantly, to be able to serve others and help them and their organizations realize new levels of growth, development, and success. Today, I am the Vice President of On Q Home Loans for the Pacific NW.

Throughout my career, I’ve been advocating for the mortgage industry and the advancement of homeownership. Currently, I serve on the board of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association. I’ve also held multiple leadership roles with the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals including President in 2016, 2009, and 2008, and Treasurer in 2018.

Supporting local communities outside of the mortgage industry has also always been important to me and my family. Currently, I have the honor of serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County and on its executive committee. I also chair the organization’s resource development committee, which focuses on ensuring the organization’s long-term financial sustainability.

I have now lived in Seattle for 33 years with my wife Anne. For the past 24 our family has lived in Ballard. It’s a great part of the city and we love it!

Eric is responsible for WaFd’s Commercial Real Estate lending activities throughout the state of Washington. This includes major income property types for investors/developers (office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and retail), as well as builder banking (land development, finished lots, and vertical construction for production homebuilders). He is a 2005 graduate of Angelo State University [Texas] and a 2022 graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School [Washington]. Eric is involved with and sits on local CRE Industry boards, as he is a past President of the Risk Management Association’s Puget Sound Chapter and is the current Chairperson for Washington Mortgage Bankers Association’s Income Property Group Committee.

Michael is a seasoned attorney with over twenty years of experience in real estate development and commercial financing transactions, including commercial and residential construction loans and healthcare financing. He specializes in complex projects that incorporate mixed-use components, multiple layers of financing, and several developers working collaboratively.

Michael is the Chair of the Lender Services Team at HCMP, which represents financial institutions and private lenders in commercial financing transactions, forbearance arrangements, and problem-loan workouts. Michael prioritizes efficient documentation and a smooth closing process to secure the best results for his clients in financing transactions. He achieves this by overseeing a talented team of attorneys and paralegals who are dedicated to achieving clients’ goals and meeting transaction deadlines. The Lender Services Team is committed to efficiency and client success and has established long-standing relationships with leading commercial lenders. Michael spends most of his free time with his wife and three wonderful children. You can typically find them at the ballpark watching (and sometimes coaching) their children play baseball and softball. When not taking in a baseball game, they enjoy outdoor activities of all types and are particularly fond of camping trips to National Parks in the U.S. and Canada, having recently visited Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Banff, Jasper, Yosemite, Rocky Mountains, Great Smoky Mountains, and Mesa Verde National Parks. Michael is also an avid cyclist and has enjoyed training for and participating in the RAMROD (Ride Around Mount Rainier in One Day) and STP (Seattle-to-Portland) for many years.

Al Brewer is a Senior Manager, Mortgage Sales at BECU. He is an experienced and accomplished bank branch and lending sales manager with over 20 years of experience in sales and managing sales team’s groups and of individual contributors.

Dimi is a Regional Manager at Evergreen Home Loans. Dimi is passionate about the communities she serves and helping people secure home financing. Dimi is located in the beautiful Bellingham, WA.

Originally from Wisconsin, I made my way to the Pacific Northwest after proudly serving four years in the U.S. Army. The moment I flew over Seattle, I knew this was where I belonged. Shortly after my arrival in 1991, I met my wonderful wife, Katie, and we have been happily married for over 25 years. Together, we’re raising three amazing children, Marlie, Lucy, and Sawyer.  We embrace the joys of a full and adventurous life. We love RV’ing and exploring this beautiful country.

Augie has over 30 years of experience in mortgage lending with leadership roles across various channels, currently serving as Regional Vice President at Procura Mortgage Company for more than eight years.  Augie has served as Past President for Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association. 

Jennifer Evans Thompson, Executive Vice President, Chief Mortgage Banking Officer

Jennifer joined Peoples Bank in 2016, with over two decades of mortgage and consumer lending experience. As Chief Mortgage Banking Officer, she oversees the mortgage lending division, including origination, operations, compliance, and secondary markets, as well as consumer loan processing and underwriting.

Committed to facilitating affordable homeownership for customers, Jennifer is actively engaged in industry associations and promotes community-focused mortgage financing solutions. A graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School, she earned a bachelor’s in business administration magna cum laude from Washington State University. Dedicated to employee development, Jennifer also holds a degree from the Western CUNA Management School.

Jeff Gregg is an accomplished banking executive with more than 3 decades of leadership experience in commercial lending, mortgage lending, credit risk governance, and enterprise portfolio management within credit unions and community banks. As Executive Director of Business & Commercial Services, he currently oversees a $2.3B+ commercial portfolio. His responsibilities are to manage lending strategy, credit appetite, capital deployment, and risk management. Jeff has successfully scaled lending platforms from $360MM to over $2B while maintaining exceptional asset quality, strong earnings performance, and superior regulatory outcomes. He is known for combining disciplined credit oversight with strategic growth leadership and for building highly engaged, high-performing teams that drive sustainable financial results. He is also currently a member of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association’s Income Property Group Committee.

Serving as Executive Vice President of Loan Production, Robert Lipston brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. He has been in the mortgage industry since 1987, in various executive leadership positions over the last 35+ years. Prior to Evergreen, he spent eight years establishing and growing Flagstar Bank as the First Vice President-Regional Director of the Pacific Northwest.

Robert has a diverse set of skills and experience in sales, leadership, strategic business planning, operations management, secondary marketing, underwriting, retail mortgage banking, and wholesale and correspondent lending. His diverse background gives him a unique view of the industry that he is able to leverage daily.

Robert is currently President of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association (PSMLA) and recently served two terms as President of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association (WMBA) where he has actively been involved on the board for over 10 years. He has received numerous awards for his dedication to supporting his team and involvement in the mortgage community, most recently being named one of the Top 100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives in America by Mortgage Executive Magazine and receiving the Mortgage Professionals Humanitarian and Leadership award.

Robert resided in Booney Lake, Washington. When he is not giving his all to his career and team, he spends time with his three children and always finds time for boating, classic cars, and adventure.

At ARC, Francois is responsible for overall business operations. Since purchasing ARC in January 2007, Francois has focused ARC’s strategy and resources on providing Community Banks, Credit Unions and Mortgage Bankers with a high degree of service and quality for each of ARC’s products (credit, appraisal, escrow, education). Prior to ARC Francois worked in the Credit Risk Divisions of both Bank of America and Washington Mutual. He is a licensed certified appraiser, and a licensed escrow officer. Francois has a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

At American Reporting Company, Mike’s primary responsibility is managing and developing new business with banks, credit unions, and mortgage bankers. Mike has worked in the mortgage banking industry since 1984 and at American Reporting Company since 1997.

Mike also helps develop and deliver educational programs related to credit reporting and credit scoring for ARC clients, non-profit housing partners, and first-time homebuyers. He is certified to teach continuing education to Realtors in Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii; and has been a featured presenter to national audiences.

Mike is a former board member of the Puget Sound Mortgage Lenders Association and the Community Homeownership Center. He served on the Mortgage Bankers Association State & Local Advisory Council
