Dave Savage
Dave Savage is passionate about turning loan officers into modern data-driven mortgage advisors.

As of today, millions of borrowers receive a Mortgage Coach experience powered by tens of thousands of loan officers annually. He founded Mortgage Coach to help lenders provide the best financial advice to borrowers.

Dave has conducted over 1,000 interviews with top loan officers and industry leaders, using YouTube as a sales training platform for over 15 years. His efforts have made the Mortgage Coach YouTube channel a “Netflix” for loan officers and mortgage executives.

Driven by the motto: “Obsessed with Impact,” Dave’s a nationally known speaker on database optimization, mortgage advice, and financial literacy empowerment, and he received the Vanguard Award from HousingWire. Dave is also the proud co-founder of FirstHome IQ, a nonprofit dedicated to solving the financial literacy gap for Gen Z and first-time home buyers who want to buy their first home. Dave is also currently writing a book called KNOW YOUR CODE.

Jessica Fortescue
As an attorney and member of the Washington State Bar, Jessica Fortescue is the principal of JF Consulting Services which has offered public policy advocacy and governmental affairs consulting since 2003. Jessica provides services on a broad array of policy areas, including lending issues, complicated tax issues, affordable housing, K-12 education, higher education, health care, and environmental issues. Jessica is capable of providing a wide range of services for clients, including policy and legal analyses, advocacy, governmental affairs consulting, and fiscal analyses with an emphasis on tax issues.
