Chad JacksonPresenter/SpeakerOriginally from Wisconsin, I made my way to the Pacific Northwest after proudly serving four years in the U.S. Army. The moment I flew over Seattle, I knew this was where I belonged. Shortly after my arrival in 1991, I met my wonderful wife, Katie, and we have been happily married for 25 years. Together, we’re raising three amazing children, Marlie, Lucy, and Sawyer. We embrace the joys of a full and adventurous life. We love RV’ing and exploring this beautiful country.
With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve navigated through challenging markets, which fuels my commitment to showing up every day with purpose. My journey has taken me from a loan officer and team leader to a Regional Sales Leader, giving me a profound understanding of what it takes to succeed in this field. I cherish the connections I’ve built along the way, as they hold deep meaning for me.
My passion lies in working with high-performing mortgage professionals who strive to be the best in the industry. I believe in the power of my core values: “Perform, Relate, and Learn.” By living these principles, we can create a healthy and happy work environment that fosters success and enjoyment.

Craig StammlerPresenter/SpeakerCraig Stammler brings over 10 years of industry experience and a strong background in leadership to his role of Regional Vice President at New American Funding. Guided by the belief that all good things start with our intentions, Craig’s journey has been shaped by a commitment to growth, collaboration, and strategic leadership.
Before joining New American Funding, Craig interviewed with the top 15 mortgage companies in the nation, ultimately choosing New American due to its unmatched culture of engagement and support—from co-founders Rick and Patty, through the entire leadership team. The opportunity to grow an already strong region across Northern California, Southern Idaho, and now the Pacific Northwest with a top-tier lending brand was a key factor in his decision.
Working closely with National Sales Leader Tony Blodgett, Craig helped position the team to compete effectively in California’s Jumbo market. Few lenders headquartered in California can match New American Funding’s $70B servicing portfolio, which enables valuable co-branding opportunities and competitive cost structures that address today’s market challenges.
With a diverse team, innovative products, and a clear path for explosive growth, Craig is both excited and grateful for the journey ahead with New American Funding. -
Jason BloomPresenter/SpeakerJason is a regional vice president for On Q Home Loans. Over the past 33 years, Jason has held just about every position in the mortgage industry that he has had an opportunity to take on, all with the intention of putting himself in a position to keep learning and growing as a mortgage professional. Throughout his career, Jason has been a strong advocate for the mortgage industry and the advancement of homeownership. Currently, he serves on the board of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association and its executive board. He’s also a longtime member of the Washington Association of Mortgage Professionals where he served on its board for over fifteen years including as its President in 2016, 2009, and 2008, and Treasurer in 2018.

He also chairs the organization’s resource development committee, which focuses on ensuring the organizations long-term financial sustainability.
And while he is not a sweet eater in general…he just loves his wife Anne’s raspberry sorbet and vanilla ice cream cupcakes. With whipped cream…of course.

Richard MilliganModeratorRichard Milligan didn’t set out to become a recruiting expert, he became one out of necessity. As a leader in the mortgage industry, he was repeatedly tasked with building teams from scratch. Over 15 years, he built 21 successful teams. Each one taught him something new about leadership, culture, and what really drives people to say yes to an opportunity. Along the way, he realized something most leaders miss: recruiting isn’t a task, it’s a leadership function.
In 2017, Richard launched 4C Recruiting with one goal: help leaders become the kind of people others want to follow. Since then, he’s coached thousands of leaders, delivered over 15,000 hours of recruiting strategy, and created one of the industry’s most practical programs, Recruiting Made Simple, a 12-week intensive that guides leaders through building a personal recruiting system.
His book, How To Dominate Recruiting In A Digital World, quickly became an Amazon “Best New Release” and continues to impact leaders across industries. His podcast, Recruiting Conversations, regularly ranks in iTunes’s Top 200 in the Marketing category, helping listeners reframe recruiting through a relational, value-first lens.
Richard speaks at events across the country, sharing practical insights with humor and heart. He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, where he leads his business, rides horses, and prioritizes what matters most, faith, family, and helping others build a life of purpose through recruiting leadership.
