Angel Romero – Housing Finance Agency Relationship Manager | Down Payment Resource

Angel Romero is housing finance agency relationship manager at Down Payment Resource (DPR). A skilled communicator and strategic thinker, Romero wields two decades of mortgage industry experience as she builds and maintains DPR’s relationships with hundreds of local housing finance agencies nationwide. Before joining DPR in March 2023, Angel served as AVP, post-closing manager and resident housing/dpa program expert at Cherry Creek Mortgage, where she helped drive the company’s expansion into underserved markets with the help of DPR’s robust DPA Directory.

Corinna Obar – Manager of the Homeownership Division | Washington State Housing Finance Commission

Corinna Obar works for the Washington State Housing Finance Commission as the Manager of the Homeownership Division. She provides oversight to the Home Advantage and House Key first mortgage programs, our downpayment assistance programs, as well as the homebuyer education and housing counseling program. She has worked for the Commission since 2015 and has over 25 years of retail banking and mortgage lending experience.
