MARK DIBBLE

Mark Dibble is a Partner with DSC Capital, LLC, a commercial mortgage brokerage company. He is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate financing. Since 2012 he has helped clients secure financing from life insurance companies, banks, credit unions, debt funds, CMBS and private lenders. Mark moved to Seattle in 1997 and spent 15 years with Bank of America in the commercial real estate banking group. Prior to 1997 he spent 9 years in Chicago, working for American National Bank while earning his MBA at Northwestern University.

CANDICE CHEVAILLIER

Candice Chevaillier has been selling commercial real estate investment property in the Seattle market for nearly 20 years. She joined Lee & Associates as a Principal to spearhead the growth of their Multifamily practice and has built a stellar team of investment brokers on her direct team. Prior to joining Lee, she was a top broker for various other national and local brokerage firms. Her commercial investment real estate sales total over $300M, to include 1,354 units across 143 buildings. Her reputation in the marketplace is sterling for her work ethic, industry leadership, and ability to create win/wins for clients on both sides of the negotiating table. Prior to her Commercial Real Estate career, Candice earned her Master’s degree in Global Marketing Communications and Advertising and worked management consulting for Andersen Consulting, Accenture, and Avanade.

TIFFINI CONNELL

Tiffini Connell is the President and Managing Director of West Coast Commercial Realty. Tiffini moved into commercial real estate in 2004, after an early decade-long career in marketing and public relations. Starting in 2006, she has been named an annual CoStar PowerBroker® 17 times, the most awarded in the Seattle market, as well as a quarterly deal award winner 11 times, consistently recognizing her as one of the top commercial real estate brokers in the Puget Sound region and nationally. Tiffini served as the 2020 Board Chair and has been a board member since 2016 for the Commercial Brokers Association, the largest commercial real estate member-organization in the country. Throughout her 20-year career, Tiffini has worked on a variety of diverse transactions including retail anchor, junior anchor, shop space, ground leases, and build-to-suits, mixed use applications, stand-alone buildings, new construction, assemblages, land sales and investment sales. She has been an expert panelist for industry related organizations such as CCIM, the Appraisal Institute, the Commercial Brokers Association and the Downtown Seattle Association. Tiffini is a graduate of the University of Washington.
