Lunch & Learn – Beyond the Hype: Aligning AI Decisions to Move the Needle — and Protect What You’ve Built
The letters AI don’t mean the same thing to everyone at the table — and with Fannie and Freddie’s latest AI guidance in play, that gap is where both opportunity and risk quietly compound.
Join Brooke Anderson-Tompkins, founder of Bridge AIvisory, for a candid session built for sales, operations, and executives alike. We’ll level-set on the language of AI, unpack why the recent agency announcements matter, and reframe AI governance as a growth lever — not a compliance checkbox.
AI is an all-hands-on-deck opportunity.
You’ll leave with:
- A shared language for AI conversations inside your organization
- A practical lens for choosing AI aligned to your mission, goals, and risk tolerances
- A sharper filter for separating hype from AI that actually moves the needle
Come ready to think, laugh a little, and leave with something you can put to work before the week is out.

Meet the Speaker – Brooke Anderson-Tompkins:
As Founder & CEO of Bridge AIvisory, Brooke helps leaders move from AI uncertainty to confident, responsible action — aligning strategy, people, and technology with clarity and purpose, turning Responsible AI into a competitive advantage and measurable business outcomes.
Brooke’s path to AI strategy is anything but conventional. She started as a loan processor, moved into origination, and at 22 was offered a buyout of the company — going on to build and merge that organization with New York’s largest independent real estate mortgage affiliate, where she served as President until 2023.
That experience sent her to explore, not to become a technologist, but to understand AI more deeply to ask better questions as the technology continues to rapidly evolve — and to help other leaders do the same. After completing courses at UC Berkeley and the MILA Institute, she founded Bridge AIvisory with one underlying premise: Lean Into Possible.
Her approach is deliberately upstream — focusing on strategy, alignment, and governance before a use case or solution is chosen. Already in it? Bridge AIvisory meets you where you are. Today, Brooke speaks and advises at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, and the human side of organizational change, helping executives demystify the language of AI, build frameworks for adoption and ROI, and lead with purpose in the age of AI.
Her sessions consistently earn top-tier feedback for making complex AI concepts immediately actionable for audiences. She remains an active voice for responsible innovation — helping leaders lead with purpose before, during, and beyond the algorithm.
